Shipping policy

Free Shipping
We offer FREE Economy Shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours or during weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods within the United States through USPS, UPS, and FedEx:

1. Economy Shipping
   - FREE on orders over $100
   - Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing
   - Carrier selected based on your location and best available rate
   - Available through USPS, UPS, or FedEx
   - Costs calculated at checkout but estimate $8

2. Express Shipping
   - Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after processing
   - Carrier selected based on your location and best available rate
   - Available through USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Express, or FedEx Express
   - Costs calculated at checkout but estimated $17-23

Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking is available for all shipping methods through the carrier's website.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@lilyinthevalleydesign.com. We will do our best to accommodate address changes, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. If the order has already shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please:
1. Take photos of the damaged package and products
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
3. Include your order number and photos of the damage
4. Keep all original packaging materials

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lilyinthevalleydesign.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our regular return policy.

Delivery Times
Total delivery time = Processing time (2-3 business days) + Shipping time
- Economy: 7-10 business days total
- Express: 4-6 business days total

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and other factors beyond our control.
